The Ultra 2 is water resistant to 100 meters and supports recreational scuba diving to 40 meters with compatible third-party dive apps. It’s not intended for professional deep-sea/commercial diving beyond those limits. Always rinse after saltwater exposure.
Battery life depends on usage. Apple’s test scenarios describe multi-day use and specific 36–70 hour profiles depending on settings (GPS, LTE usage, background tasks). Use Low Power modes to extend battery for multi-day adventures. See the product specs for example scenarios.
Apple Watch requires an iPhone compatible with the watchOS version the watch ships with. Generally, any iPhone that runs the iOS version required by watchOS 11 (or the supported minimum) will work. Check Apple’s compatibility page and your iPhone’s iOS version before purchase.
